In fact, studies show that when you regularly exercise at least 30 minutes 5 times a week you dramatically lower your risk for heart disease and high cholesterol? If you are looking to make some changes in your health and fitness life style this would be a great place to start! Even if you are busy with work or school or jus life in general you can try and hedge out a 50 minute work out just three times a week. It’s not as good as exercising every day but it will still make a huge impact on your over all heart health over the long run.
