As a gay person of faith, and as someone having attended one of these conferences myself a few years ago, I can definitely recommend this event. Faith and religion and worship have long been areas that have been held hostage from gay Christians. This organization and this conference are wonderful places that help facilitate healing and growth for those who have been excluded from church life. If you’d like to know about Dr. Townes and this conference then you can do so after the jump.
