I already love E&J’s regular brandy, but I am over-the-moon with their XO Brandy. XO means extra old, so the XO is aged more at a minimum than the regular, making it more mellow. In addition, E&J’s XO is charcoal filtered, making it silky smooth. This means less bite, so it is more practical to drink straight, or for smoother cocktails. E&J’s recommended cocktails might be a great place to start (the E&J Velvet and XO Starter)
