I think I have already established myself as a person of many tastes, appreciating the endless complexities in beer, wine, whiskeys, and gin. Gin is a unique distilled spirit. In of itself, it’s just a neutral spirit (vodka) but with the essence of certain flavors, such as the woody/piney juniper, the mild black pepper taste of coriander.
We love us some gin and tonics.
